Staging shows a home’s positive attributes in most cases through simple and inexpensive touches such as artful furniture and accessory arrangements. In the extreme case or for a new house, staging can be decorating from scratch. It can also enhance the outside with regards to a home’s “curb appeal”. Your home becomes inviting to potential buyers. Whatever the degree of staging you do, it can make a significant difference. Studies show staged homes sell faster than their competition and usually for a higher price.
